1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Chris Disciplined ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Chris Disciplined provides a systematic training protocol for subconscious programming through voice recording, violent action tracking, and disciplined feedback. We are building the Operating System for Human Subconscious.

The Service includes:

• Daily voice recording and affirmation tools
• Vision board creation and visualization features
• Violent action tracking and accountability
• Evening feedback and discipline rating system
• Sleep programming functionality
• Progress tracking and transformation metrics

3. NO REFUNDS. NO GUARANTEES. NO EXCUSES.

This is the most important section. Read it twice.

We offer NO REFUNDS under any circumstances. Your $997 monthly investment is gone the moment you pay, whether you execute the protocol or not. This is not cruelty—it's transformation psychology. When you have no escape route, your subconscious must commit fully.

We offer NO GUARANTEES of specific results. The system works if you work. Complete the daily protocol with perfect consistency and transformation is inevitable. Miss one day and you start over. This is neuroscience, not our rule.

If you need guarantees, you're not ready for transformation. Transformation requires burning the boats. The $997 with no refund is your boat burning ceremony.

4. The Four Laws of Subconscious Training

By using our Service, you acknowledge and accept these fundamental laws:

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Providing honest feedback in evening assessments
• Using the Service for personal transformation, not harm
• Protecting your account credentials

6. Founding Membership & Pricing

Founding membership is limited to the first 50 members at $997 per month, locked forever. After the founding members, the price increases to $1,497, then $1,997, then $2,997.

The $997 price IS the first violent action. When entrepreneurs earning $20-50K/month see $997, their subconscious immediately resists. That resistance is poverty consciousness protecting itself. By paying $997, they take their first violent action against their old programming.

We maintain premium pricing because:

7. Intellectual Property

The Chris Disciplined protocol, methodology, and all associated content are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.

8. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are $997 per month for founding members, billed monthly in advance. ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS.

We do not offer:

• Free trials (commitment starts with payment)
• Discounts (the price is the price)
• Payment plans (full commitment required)
• Refunds for any reason whatsoever
• Pauses or holds (daily consistency is non-negotiable)

Your $997 monthly charge is a pattern interrupt. A reminder. A recommitment. Without financial commitment, there is no transformation.

9. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms or use the Service for harmful purposes.

10. Medical Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Chris Disciplined is NOT medical or psychological treatment. We are a training system based on neuroscience research from MIT, Harvard, and Stanford. We do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

You are 100% responsible for your transformation. We provide the protocol based on peer-reviewed neuroscience. You must execute it perfectly for it to work. If you don't execute, nothing happens. This is your responsibility, not ours.

Chris Disciplined is not liable for any results or lack of results. By using our Service, you accept full responsibility for your actions and outcomes.
